Welcome to Wise & Well!
We are so happy you’re here. Taking the first step toward positive change is difficult & we are honored to be a part of your wellness journey.
At Wise & Well, our mission is to empower you to take control of your health at any age. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, increase energy, improve balance, or function at your highest level, you have come to the right place.
Wise & Well was created by Chelsea Robinson, a licensed occupational therapist and certified health coach. After spending ten years rehabilitating clients in post-acute skilled nursing and rehab facilities, she became determined to create a holistic and effective way for clients to prevent disease and disability with a strong emphasis on improving their quality of life. While working in healthcare, she gained valuable insights into all common conditions associated with aging. She became an expert in helping her clients regain their independence after debilitating hospitalizations. She worked in retirement communities helping residents regain their health, independence, balance, and mobility. When she wasn’t treating patients, she instructed a grad school course in Gerontology that focused on how to help patients with common conditions associated with aging regain their functional independence and quality of life.
Chelsea has a wealth of knowledge on health, aging, disability, and restoring functioning, but her passion for wellness, healthy eating, and fitness has also been pivotal in creating a successful company in the wellness space. After going through a period of digestive discomfort and implementing an elimination diet, she found that she felt much better eliminating gluten from her diet. She loves cooking and baking healthy gluten-free dishes, reading about the latest research on health and aging, and being active as much as possible - she plays tennis weekly, practices yoga often, enjoys hiking in nature, and dances every chance she gets. She has seen first-hand how much food and lifestyle affect the way she feels and so she is passionate about enabling others to feel their best through improved nutrition, meaningful movement, and small but lasting lifestyle changes.

And lastly, the name Wise & Well represents the inherently connected nature of physical and mental well-being.
